Management System for Estate agents.

WOWProperties is a complete, optimized, customizable, estate agency website system which enables the modern estate agency to integrate all aspects of an estate agency; managing vendors, clients, properties and enquiries into one easily usable database. The system is available, at the moment, in four languages, English, Spanish, German and French.        

The system can be utilised by single offices, multiple offices and also multi countries. Differing levels of access to information and the ability to make changes can be determined by the overall administrator, staff can be restricted to information pertinent solely to their office, if required.

Enquiries for property are entered into the system and suitable properties are presented to the operator for approval before auto e-mailing to prospective clients. New properties taken on and entered into the system will automatically flag an alert for clients waiting for properties of a similar specification.

The Administrator is the only access-level that has full access to the whole system. There are also other access levels that can only access certain parts of the system.

The extracts below are a summary of what each of the sections do. They are explained in more detail on the relevant pages.

• Agents – These are the employees of your company. Add users to your company, with a choice of access level (Administrator, Manager, Sales or Up loader). They have their own unique login so that they can access only the required parts of the system needed at their user level.
• Offices – Add extra offices, should you have more than one office you can assign staff (users/agents) to that particular office. The different offices are used to separate properties only available from certain offices if required.
• Vendors – These are the owners of the property. Once you have added the vendor’s details, you can then add property that is being sold by that vendor.
• Clients – These are the people who are interested in buying property that you are selling. You can choose the type of property they are looking for in order to narrow down the search results. Once the search has revealed all relevant properties in which the client could be interested, an e-mail can be sent to them with details of all relevant properties at the click of a button.
• Properties – These are details of all properties added to the system.
